Our Experience with ClearMDM
We use ClearMDM to help clean up and maintain our Salesforce data, with a focus on identifying duplicate Accounts and Contacts. It makes it easier to match related records, review potential duplicates, and combine them into a more complete master record. The data standardization and quality checks are also helpful for identifying inconsistencies and improving the accuracy of the matching process. When a record needs additional attention, we can review it manually before deciding how it should be handled. We’ve been using this application in our org for several months and are already seeing the benefits of how a well designed system can simplify difficult stewarding tasks. We’ve always found it a hard task organising our serval data sources into Salesforce and this has led to issues with duplicate records being created. clearMDM has been able to merge all of our existing duplicate records in our org, and is running daily jobs (normalisation/matching/merge/reparenting) to make sure our org is the most up to date and reliable storage of data we have as a company.
