A new Feature, ‘Potential Match’ has been added to clearMDM, which is displayed on Record Page Layouts, below the Attribute Group Lineage Component. This new Feature displays any Records that could be a potential match and should be considered for merging.
If there are Matches identified, then using the Potential Match Component you can decide if the Records are indeed matches and merge to create one Master Record. The process is quick and simple and enables the creation of a Master Record which can be determined by one of three factors; either letting clearMDM choose, using the record the matches have been identified from, or you choose which matched record will become the Master Record.
