Here at clearMDM we are constantly adding new Resources, Training Articles and in particular Demos to our website to provide you with everything you need to get the most out of clearMDM.
To take this one step further, we now have a Demo Hub page which provides key Demos all in one place. This page will grow in time and we welcome any feedback or requests for other Demos or resources.
The page is currently split into two sections; Getting Started and Key Features.
Getting Started
MDM Configuration Status
This demo provides an overview of the MDM Configuration Status Tab which provides a centralised view of your MDM configuration. It offers an overview and highlights inactive rules and validation errors for easier troubleshooting and management.
Configure Match Settings
Using the Configuration Status Tab, this demo shows where you access the Matching Settings and how to set them up. Record matching identifies duplicate records based upon your configured Matching Rules.
Configure Merge Rules
Merge Rules determine the Golden Record and Field Level survivorship rules. This demo shows where and how to setup a Merge Rule, again using the Configuration Status Tab.
Schedule Batch Jobs
This demo shows how to Schedule Batch Jobs to run at a specified frequency and time. There is also the option to schedule jobs to run ‘Now’ which is particularly useful when executing tests.
Key Features
AI Match Scoring
Humans + Agents = Better Data, Faster. This demo show how the Data Steward Agent provides a Match Scoring. The clearMDM Data Steward Agent for Agentforce works alongside human Data Stewards to reduce bottlenecks and deliver quality Master Data at scale.
Merge Rollback
This demo shows how to rollback or restore field values to any point-in-time on the Merge Timeline, providing Data Stewards the ability to roll back merges when needed.
Data Stewardship Rules
Data Stewardship Rules enables duplicate record group-level conditions to be evaluated. This demo shows how to setup a Data Stewardship Rule.
Data Quality Rulesets
Management operations can directly reference data quality rulesets to dynamically calculate a quality score in real-time. This demo provides an example using Data Quality Rulesets.
