The Winter ’26 release focuses on delivering powerful features and enhancements that enable enterprises to better manage and protect their most important data.
This post highlights the Scheduled Job enhancements, which are designed to provide added flexibility and greater control over the data handled by bulk MDM operations.
Before Winter ’26, scheduled jobs could only process data that was activated by default during dataset initialisation or triggered through record-level control flags, which clearMDM monitored and set in response to significant MDM state changes. This approach offered clarity and allowed bulk processing to work alongside the real-time MDM model. However, it did not allow jobs to be scheduled to process a fixed number of records or a filtered subset of records.
With Winter ’26, you can now schedule jobs with a record limit, specify a sort field and direction, and apply a filter using a chosen field and value. The screenshot below shows the new Winter ’26 Jobs page.
